next week i am headed to south carolina and while there i will be diving into some sweatmans bbq and going to head to sean brocks place to get my eat on... pretty excited. for those who don't know sweatmans, it is some of the best if not the best hog you will eat in the u.s. comes with a mustard sauce, and hash which is essentially liquid sausage and words cannot describe the goodness. like i said, i am also going to be headed into sean brocks place to score some of the best food in the u.s. this dude raises his own hogs, plant his own produce and by next year i am sure he will have found a spot to catch fish for his restaurant bare handed while wearing speedos and a cut off t shirt. j/k but seriously this guy in my book is the gnarliest of all chefs in the u.s. and i am looking forward to eating since eating there is one of my main reasons for going to s.c. check out his blog, sean brock.
